MTG Meta February 2022 Update: More Decklists!

Welcome to MTG Meta’s monthly update article! Every month, we will aim to provide our community with a log of all the noteworthy changes to the website so you don’t miss out.

More Events, More Decklists

We have increased the coverage for Magic: The Gathering tournaments and decklists. You can go beyond the first few decklists by pressing the Next or Previous buttons. You’ll get more in-depth range of decks for an archetype, but if these events do not have matchup statistics then they will only count towards the metagame share %. Check out an example deck below:

Alchemy Update and Card Clean-up

We had an error with adding the new Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty cards and adding them to the new decklists, but that has been fixed now. The new Alchemy rebalances have also been added, as per the MTG Arena announcement.

Over the next few days, we’ll also be doing a major clean-up of the archetypes. Please report any errors!

Much More Coming

As we mentioned in the previous update, we are hoping to focus MTG Meta on all aspects of Magic: The Gathering (as opposed to MTG Arena Zone, that specializes in MTG Arena). We are even planning something for Commander, Vintage, and MTG finance as well.

If you wish to contribute, please feel free to submit any feedback via email and potential job applications here. We look forward to hearing from you – in the meantime, we will see everybody in the next update.
